Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout and based upon the total weight of items purchased and chosen shipping method.
Most orders ship within 24 hours and arrive 3-5 business days later with Priority Mail or 1-3 business days with Express Mail delivery.

Sales Tax
State and local sales tax is collected on all orders shipped within Colorado.
Back/Custom Orders
If you’re interested in purchasing a particular item and we are out of stock, simply click on the Email When In Stock button on the product page and you will be contacted via email.
If we are not able to fulfill a backorder due to limited availability of the same recycled/reclaimed materials, please consider placing a custom order. We would be happy to work with the artist to create an original piece made just for you.

Returns + Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. We will exchange or issue a full refund for items returned in original condition within 30 days of purchase. Please send the carefully wrapped package to the return address via insured priority mail.
You will be notified as soon as your refund has been processed. Please allow one billing cycle for a credit card refund to appear on your statement.
